Registration Fee

The registration fee for the 2009 IEEE Photonics Benelux Symposium is as follows:

Registration and payment received until 18 October 2009 after 18 October 2009
Non IEEE members €100 €110
IEEE members, PhD students €60 €70
Undergraduate students €30 €40
Dinner €30 Not possible

The conference fee includes: proceedings, coffee / tea / beverages during coffee breaks, and lunch on Friday.

On Thursday evening, a dinner buffet is scheduled. The cost for dinner, including beverages, is €30. Participants need to indicate that they wish to join the dinner (see registration page) before 18 October 2009 and the additional fee for the dinner must be paid by the same date.

All students attending the 2009 Annual Symposium can get a free new or renewed IEEE Photonics Society student membership.
