Free IEEE Photonics Society Student Membership
All students visiting the IEEE Photonics Society Benelux Annual Symposium are
entitled to a free membership for both IEEE and the Photonics Society.
- Students that are already IEEE Photonics Society members:
- You can have your renewal fees for IEEE Photonics Society membership reimbursed by
the Photonics Society Benelux chapter, if you attend the 2011 symposium. Please go
through the regular IEEE Photonics Society membership renewal procedure and send a
proof of payment (e.g. bank or credit card receipt) and your bank account
details to the treasurer of the chapter, Henrie van den Boom.
We will remind all student IEEE members that visit the symposium about
this procedure by sending an e-mail in the week after the 2011
symposium.
- Students that are not yet IEEE Photonics Society members:
- You can receive a free first year membership from the IEEE Photonics Society, if
you attend the 2011 symposium. The registration for the free membership
should be done directly through this website.
It is a two step procedure:
- Obtain an access code by e-mail (fill in the request below).
- Login below and supply the information required by the IEEE Photonics Society.
If you fill in your e-mail address below and leave the access code field
empty, the access code will be e-mailed to you. If you already have an
access code you should use it here to fill in the new membership
application form. This procedure is separate from the symposium registration.
